I’ve suffered from migraines for as long as I can remember. I recall praying to make it through a week of grade school without having a headache and marking a headache free week as a victory. Migraines are hereditary in my family. At around age 18 or 19 I was prescribed an injectable rescue medication for the pain. I have been on one medication or another since then both for prevention and when I get the migraine. I have started CBD oil and gummies and find relief from the migraines. CBD provides a sense of well-being, calm and has reduced the frequency of the headaches. It has improved my sleep. I no longer suffer from the debilitating pain of the migraine!!
