Globally, they declined 26.9% from 227 to 166. Cloud providers. In the UK 1 cloud outages was observed this week, up from 0 the prior week. Globally, the number fell 6.7% from 30 to 28. Collaboration apps. There were again 0 UK collaboration network-provider outages observed, and globally there were also 0. Week of 3-9 August 2020 ISPs. Outages at UK internet service providers (ISPs) were the largest number observed this year, rising from 10 to 23. Globally they rose from 181 to 227. Cloud providers. In the UK no cloud outages were observed this week, the first time since late June. Globally the number increased from 18 to 30. Collaboration apps. There were no UK collaboration network-provider outages observed, down from one last week, and globally there were also none. Week of 27 July-2 August 2020 ISPs. Outages at UK internet service providers (ISPs) remained at 10 outages for the second consecutive week. Global ISP outages decreased marginally this week, dropping from 183 to 181. Cloud providers. UK cloud providers outages rose from 1 to 3. Global cloud provider outages decreased by 38% when compared to the week prior, dropping from 29 to 18. Collaboration apps.
